Issac is a great guy who does the work right. He is very professional, punctual, courteous, and hard working. Unlike some of the plumbers we had used before, he always gives 100% to solve the problem we had. And his price is reasonable. We have been feeling that it is difficult to find any reliable and trustworthy plumbers nowadays. We now know who to call - Isaac, when we have plumbing issues. And we recommend him without any reservations.

Issac is incredible! He turned a very bad experience with a broken water heater into a smooth and stress-free fix in less than a day. His expertise and precision were evident throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything as he worked, and he was genuinely personable and professional. The plumber never showed. He called me 45 minutes after he was supposed to arrive. He asked e to send pictures so that he could finish his job. I did that and he submitted a report, but he never showed. I still had water leaking from my water heater pipes, and I had to get another plumber out here, even though this one was covered by my home warranty company. When I called their office, not realizing that the receptionist was his wife, the rudeness went beyond my expectation. I was also told that I needed to pay him an out-of-pocket cost, that was over-priced what the other plumber that my homeowners insurance charged. Because I did not want to pay that because he never showed and I was treated with disrespect, my home warranty company American Home Shield, never use them either, offered me the fraction of what my replacement for my water heater cost, because this plumber was trying to make up what home warranty was not going to pay him and put the cost of his profits on me and my family. We have been out of hot water since 2/6/2026 and I would never recommend such unprofessionalism and I am a licensed Realtor and I would never use this home warranty company. because they allowed this behavior and I never had a chance to know how good the plumber work was, because he never showed up. Customer Service is everything in business and I got zero. He refused to come and finish the work because I did not want to pay him, but why should I when he never performed or did right by me and my family.
